The reasons for the burr are: the diameter of the core cap is not large; the material of the bolt is soft; the diameter of the product workpiece is large; the specification of the rivet gun is very large; the distance between the core fracture and the nail head is very large, which is beyond the specific riveting thickness.

3、 The blind bolt jump or barrel of bolt manufacturer is insufficient: when riveting is just started, the reason is that the core of the bolt is completely ejected or the bolt body is not completely carried out.

The reason for this situation is that the tension sensor of semi hollow aluminum rivet is too low in the whole process of production and manufacturing of rivet core; the strength of rivet body is high (uneven quenching); in the whole process of electroplating process, the nail core will cause alkali embrittlement.

4、 Crossing type bolt crossing: when the core is pulled out from the bolt body, the core is not easy to crack. After riveting, the hollow hole is reserved in the bolt body. The reasons for the pull through condition are as follows: the tensile strength of the core is too large; the diameter of the screw is not large; the material of the bolt is soft; the surface of the bolt body is too moist.

5、 Bolt manufacturer's bolt split: after riveting, if the bolt body vertical crack, or crack completely, it must be noted.

The reasons for cracking of riveting body are as follows: the strength of riveting body is too high or has not gone through heat treatment process; the diameter of shaft neck cap is very large; or the components harmful to residue in riveting raw materials are too high, or there are interlayer.
